RIOT seeks to promote and enhance the partnerships that exist between law enforcement and private industry, pursuing a collaborative investigative strategy in robbery investigations.
RIOT is the only robbery association of its kind in the State of Texas
RIOT is seeking local, state, and federal law enforcement officers, along with law enforcement analysts and prosecutors. RIOT also invites private industry security professionals of financial institutions, jewelry stores, pharmacies, grocery stores, and other retail establishments, responsible for the safety and well-being of their employees and customers, to join and enjoy the benefits of membership.

2018 Texas Robbery Conference
The 2018 Texas Robbery Conference will be held August 8-10, 2018. The conference is making a move to the Omni Frisco, a world-class experience and a cornerstone at The Star in Frisco. The Robbery Investigators of Texas Association and Omni have partnered together to provide for the perfect conference destination. This will be a great location for our attendees and sponsors. Conference attendee early registration for 2018 is $295.00 and late registration is $345.00. Early registration begins April 1, 2018 and will run through July 13, 2018. The RIOT registered conference attendee guestroom block will be the prevailing government rate at time of booking, currently $120 nightly for king or double queen rooms. Complimentary self-parking is located at the Star parking garage across the street from the Omni. The venue address is as follows:
