Robbery Investigators Of Texas - RIOT

Mission: RIOT seeks to promote and enhance the partnerships that exist between law enforcement and private industry while pursuing a collaborative investigative strategy in criminal investigations. We accomplish our mission by hosting the annual National Law Enforcement and Corporate Crimes Convention in destination locations across the State of Texas.

The 2020 National Law Enforcement and Corporate Crimes Convention (NLECCC) will be held August 11-14. The convention will be hosted by the Omni Hotel in downtown Fort Worth. The Omni Fort Worth Hotel represents progressive luxury and offers amenities illustrating the Western spirit embodied by the city that surrounds it. Mark your calendars as we are excited to extend our convention by a day and invite you to explore beautiful downtown Fort Worth along with the iconic Sundance Square and Fort Worth Stockyards.

The Omni hotel rate for attendees will be the prevailing government per diem rate of $166.00 per night. This rate remains the same for single or double occupancy. The 2020 RIOT early registration price is $375.00 per attendee. Early registration kicks off March 1.

Coming Soon

We are excited to announce the development and soon to be launched RIOT Crime Tracker Mobile App that may be utilized to supplement your investigative arsenal. This new crime fighting tool is scheduled to roll out in the fall of 2019 through the iOS App Store and the Android Google Play Store. This application will enable users to spotlight offenders responsible for financial institution robberies, armored car robberies, organized retail theft, theft of ATM, skimmers and many others. The RIOT Crime Tracker App is designed to empower any law enforcement or corporate security professional in the United States with the ability to enter their offense into the platform thus enhancing linkages. The information will be vetted and released through the app. Collaboration between law enforcement, private industry and its communities are the driving force to effectively identify and hold accountable the criminal element actively victimizing us.

RIOT is the only association of its kind in the United States

RIOT promotes valuable relationships among law enforcement and corporate security professionals. We believe it’s extremely advantageous to train and collaborate each year through our annual convention.

If you are federal, state or local law enforcement; we believe you will find benefit in this association. Law enforcement analysts, prosecutors, and other criminal justice professionals are invited to network within our association. RIOT wants to also connect with private industry security professionals who partner with law enforcement to conduct their investigations as well as those responsible for the safety of their employees or customers. These professionals might include employees of financial institutions, armored transportation companies, grocery stores, restaurants, cell phone providers, pharmacies, jewelry stores or other retail and service providers.

Connect with us by clicking the red “JOIN RIOT (FREE)” button. This will enable us to notify you via email regarding important convention announcements and updates.
